Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tabled (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the App. Tabled PH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tabled. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you are responsible for ensuring a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for all content posted and actions taken using your account. Accounts created for unlawful or fraudulent purposes will be terminated.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you create on Tabled (reviews, photos, lists, ratings). By posting content, you grant Tabled a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use your content within the App and for aggregate analytics purposes.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Is spam, misleading, or deceptive
• Involves commercial solicitation or unauthorized advertising
• Violates the dignity or privacy of any person or establishment

Tabled reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards at our sole discretion, without notice if necessary.

5. Third-Party Services

Tabled integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Google Places API, payment processors, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Tabled is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, functionality, and intellectual property of Tabled (excluding user content) are owned by Tabled PH or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Tabled intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Restaurant Content and Attribution

Tabled displays restaurant logos, images, menus, and other content belonging to restaurants, food establishments, and other third parties. Tabled does not claim ownership of this content. All restaurant logos, trademarks, images, and other materials are the property of their respective owners. Tabled merely displays this content to help users discover and share their dining experiences. Users agree not to use restaurant content for commercial purposes without the permission of the respective restaurant owner.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabled and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from data loss, service interruption, or your inability to access Tabled.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tabled is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tabled does not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tabled and its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

11. Termination

Tabled may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time through the App's settings, which will remove your profile, content, and associated data from Tabled's systems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tabled regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
